What types of lead grades do you offer?

How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days.
What is your return policy for sharpened pencils?
We accept returns on all unused and unsharpened pencils within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and quality reasons, pencils that have been sharpened cannot be returned unless they are defective.
